Welcome to our new home... We would still be moving if it were not for people who graciously gave of their time (and sweat) to get all our stuff moved. One man (who doesn't even know us that well) came after work, brought Brooks dinner, and stayed for several hours helping Brooks move furniture into the house. Another friend whose wife had their little girl only a week before came and worked hours making sure we were in before he left. We had people come who didn't even know us to move the heavy furniture and even a friend with a tweaked back stayed and moved all the little things, lifting more than he probably should have (Hooray for the Clemson Navigators!). People also provided meals and watched our children. Several friends spent hours helping us paint to get the house ready to move into. I didn't realize before this experience how a helping hand during a move can be a gift to someone. We are so grateful for all the helping hands offered during this move.
In the meantime our first home sits and waits for a new family... Anyone know someone looking for a cute house in Clemson?
