Brooks went out of town for a couple of days for work this week. I always feel like we ought to do something special/different when he is away. So, at the last minute, I decided we should go to the zoo. However, I think half of the school children in the upstate also decided to be there as well. After seeing our favorite animals and snaking our way through the crowds of excited kids and tired parents, we decided to go to Falls Park and enjoy a quieter scene. We had yogurt for lunch and explored the park up to the children's garden. This is the only photo I took from our morning adventure and the boys are worn slap out but it is a good memory of a fun morning with my boys.
