My sister sends the boys the best music that really teaches them the Gospel and the hope we have in Jesus. Elijah calls it "Elijah's music". Here's what has been playing in our car while the boys are riding... and often when they are not riding too!
Have you heard of Slugs and Bugs? Liz assured me it was what all the cool hipster moms in Nashville played for their kids. I am no hipster mom, and cool is probably way out of my league, but we love this cd. The songs are fun and God's love is real in them. Click here for one of my favorites.
But I love this one even more. It is scripture that my kids can sing. There is nothing sweeter than hearing Elijah singing this from the backseat. He's asked a couple of times the meaning of the Romans 8:1-2 song. Mom, is this song about Jesus? You bet it is, Kiddo!
